experience with and understanding of InstallShield,
Windows SDK and DirectX SDK; good knowledge of

Assist customers (99% telephone)

issues, product dissatisfaction. Communicate with
our overseas offices with product problems and
product development.
Requirements: Must
have deep knowledge and experience with
Windows 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, and XP installation.
Applicant should also have a good understanding
of computer hardware assembly and trouble shooting.
