What can I put in the same order?

For the same order, you can include non-custom gear, or several different custom gear with the same or different design, but you can not put different designs of the same custom gear on the same order.

What can’t I put in thesame order?

You can’t put several different designs on the same custom gear and on the same order. You can put them on different orders and then contact us by email, we will combine them for one shipping and we will adjust the shipping cost manually.

Can I buy more than one unit of a custom gear ?

Yes. Please enter the proper quantity you want and to click the “ update” button below the quantity box.

How long before I get my product?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of customized products. All orders will be sent in one shipment as long as it is feasible. All USA and Canada orders will be sent FedEx Ground. All Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will be sent by air. Please note, unlike standard products in stock, we will need to process your credit card or receive your Money Order. Please allow 2-3 weeks from this point.

Can I track my order?

No. you can’t track it before we ship the package, After the item(s) are shipped we will provide you a tracking number at which point you will be able to track your order.

I haven't received my order, who do I contact to inquire about the status of it?

If it has been 2-3 weeks since you ordered your product, please send an email us.

I received my product and the quality is not up to my standard, what do I do?

Why are you charging me tax on my order?

We charge sales tax (GST) on orders shipped to Canadian customers and PST for BC customers, as required by law.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Please ensure that you have carefully previewed your design through the Custom Graphic Unit as all sales are final, except that the defects are solely due to our workmanship or material. We will not return or refund due to design, no matter you are using our graphics or your upload graphics and there is always a slight difference between display and actual printing.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

ACT LABS is committed to producing the highest quality products and we have strict quality control guidelines in place throughout the manufacturing process. However, if you believe that you have received a defective product , please send an email us.

Customs and taxes vary depending on the size of your order and the country in which you live. Please contact your local tax and customs authority to determine the requirements in your location.
